Shipping Policy
Your order will ship with the best option depending on size , weight, type, and number of items in the order. Shipping calculations are not perfect. If I can ship for less than what the website calculated I will refund the difference. If the cost are more than calculated by the website I will contact you and confirm before completing your order. If you need to expediate an order please call first to make arrangements accordingly. Overnight shipping available for rush orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to satisfied with your order and work to that end. I use high quality materials and professional grade machines to produce these items. If there is a mistake or defect with an item I will ship a replacement(s) ASAP at my expense. We have made well over 1300 sets of stencils and so far have not experienced any unresolved issues. Accordingly if you're not satisfied with your order we will remake them or give you a full refund upon return of unused items.
Suitability
Your order will be made with the information and specifications you provide. You are responsible to review and approve the "mock up" that will be provided to you before completion of your order. You are responsible for determining the suitability of any product for your particular application.
